May 30, 2013

FREDERICK FRIDLEY, Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
BLACKHAWK AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEMS, INC. and N.S.I., Defendants-Appellees.

Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Polk County, Robert A. Hutchison, Judge.

Frederick Fridley appeals a district court decision upholding the workers' compensation commissioner's denial of benefits.

Ryan T. Beattie of Beattie Law Firm, P.C., Des Moines, for appellant.

James M. Peters and Carrie L. Thompson of Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman, P.L.C., Cedar Rapids, for appellee.

Considered by Eisenhauer, C.J., and Potterfield and Tabor, JJ.

          EISENHAUER, C.J.

Frederick Fridley appeals from the district court's ruling on judicial review and argues the district court erred in affirming the workers' compensation commissioner's denial of benefits. We affirm without opinion. See Iowa R. App. P. 6.1203(a), (c), (d).
